Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 lamb chops (i use boneless)
- season salt
- adobo seasoning
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 rinse each lamb chop under cold water and pat dry with paper towel.
- 2 sprinkle both sides of each lamb chop with all of the spices listed above.
- 3 grill on george forman for 8 minutes or bake in oven for 6 minutes, flip, and bake an additional 6 minutes.
