- 4 1/2 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked & roughly chopped, lean
- 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/3 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1/3 cup apple, chopped
- 1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 dash salt
