Jamaican Jerk Marinade

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 limes, juice of
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon caribbean jerk seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- habanero sauce
Recipe
- 1 mix together all ingredients in bowl.
- 2 pour over meat of your choice, keeping small amount separate for basting.
- 3 cover and marinate overnight.
