Ingredients

- 3 cups water
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- salt & pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425.
- 2 in a dish with a lid whisk together water, cornmeal, salt& pepper.
- 3 cover and bake 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- 4 remove from oven, add milk, butter, marjoram, adjust seasonings with salt& pepper, whisk until smooth.
- 5 serve.
