- 2 cups roasted cashews
- 2 -3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor combine the nuts, 2 tablespoons of the oil, the salt, and the sugar, if desired.
- 2 pulse rapidly, scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula occasionally.
- 3 for a smoother butter, add more oil, 1 teaspoon at a time.
- 4 adjust the seasoning, to taste.
