Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes, ripe, about 1 lb., finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 10 basil leaves, torn into tiny bits
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients gently.
- 2 let sit for an hour to meld flavors, if you have time.
- 3 serve cold or room temperature.
- 4 (p.s. next day i tossed leftover cold garnish with hot pasta and a splash of olive oil - yummy).
