Fresh-roasted Sweet Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients
- 2 large sweet red peppers
- 2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
Recipe
- 1 broil peppers in oven, 4 in from heat until skin blisters, about 5 minutes.
- 2 with tongs, rotate peppers a quarter turn.
