Apple Cider Ribs

Ingredients

- 2 lbs baby back ribs
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider
- dry rub seasonings or barbecue sauce, of your choice
Recipe
- 1 place a 2 lb. rack of baby back ribs in a foil lined shallow pan.
- 2 add 1 1/2 cups apple cider and cover lightly with foil.
- 3 bake at 250° for 3 hours basting every 1/2 hour or so with the cider.
- 4 after 3 hours remove from oven and add rub or sauce to ribs.
- 5 drain off some liquid if needed.
- 6 return to oven and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325°.
