Apple Cider Ribs

Total Time: 4 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 lbs baby back ribs
  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider
  • dry rub seasonings or barbecue sauce, of your choice

Recipe

  • 1 place a 2 lb. rack of baby back ribs in a foil lined shallow pan.
  • 2 add 1 1/2 cups apple cider and cover lightly with foil.
  • 3 bake at 250° for 3 hours basting every 1/2 hour or so with the cider.
  • 4 after 3 hours remove from oven and add rub or sauce to ribs.
  • 5 drain off some liquid if needed.
  • 6 return to oven and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325°.
