Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons red onions, chopped finely
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- sage
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon breadcrumbs, panko style
- 1/4 teaspoon agave
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
- 2 form patties 1/4 of an inch thick
- 3 add extra virgin olive oil to your pan.
- 4 cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
