Hot Taco Dip

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning
  • 10 ounces rotel
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onion (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro or 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • sour cream (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 spread refried beans onto bottom of pie plate.
  • 3 combine cream cheese, taco seasoning, rotel, and garlic.
  • 4 spread over beans.
  • 5 put chopped tomato, onion, parsley, and cheese on top of cream cheese mixture.
  • 6 bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until hot.
  • 7 garnish with sour cream if desired. serve with corn or tortilla chips.
