Game Day Margarita Pulled Lamb (crock Pot)

Ingredients

- 3 lbs lamb shoulder
- 3 tablespoons mrs dash's extra spicy seasoning
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 cup tomatillo salsa
Recipe
- 1 trim any visible fat from the lamb shoulder.
- 2 rub the seasoning into the meat and let rest for 20 minutes.
- 3 marinate the lamb overnight in the apple cider.
- 4 in the morning, put the lamb shoulder in a crock pot and pour in the remaining ingredients. use enough aple cider to cover the meat, if necessary, otherwise discard the cider.
- 5 cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.
- 6 remove the shoulder from the crock pot and allow to cool for 20 minutes.
- 7 reserve some of the cooking liquid, but avoid the fat on top.
- 8 pull the lamb apart using forks.
- 9 rehydrate with some of the liquid if needed and serve.
