Hunter's Delight

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1/2 lb bacon, diced
  • 2 1/2 lbs red potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 1/2 lbs venison steak, boneless and cubed
  • 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans cream-style corn
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

Recipe

  • 1 in large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp; drain.
  • 2 place potatoes and onions in a 5 quart slow cooker.
  • 3 top with venison and bacon.
  • 4 combine the corn, worcestershire sauce, sugar and seasoned salt; pour over the top.
  • 5 cover and cook on low fo r6-8 hours or until meat and potatoes are tender.
