Ingredients

- 1/2 lb bacon, diced
- 2 1/2 lbs red potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 1/2 lbs venison steak, boneless and cubed
- 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans cream-style corn
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
Recipe
- 1 in large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp; drain.
- 2 place potatoes and onions in a 5 quart slow cooker.
- 3 top with venison and bacon.
- 4 combine the corn, worcestershire sauce, sugar and seasoned salt; pour over the top.
- 5 cover and cook on low fo r6-8 hours or until meat and potatoes are tender.
