Cocoa Chile Lamb Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 -2 tablespoon mccormick cocoa chile blend
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano leaves
- 2 lbs lamb tenderloin
Recipe
- 1 mix brown sugar, cocoa chile blend, garlic powder, salt and oregano in small bowl. coat lamb evenly with seasoning mixture.
- 2 refrigerate overnight for best flavor or at least for a couple of hours before cooking.
- 3 grill over medium heat 25 to 30 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved, turning occasionally. (or roast under broiler on center rack, watch closely and turn as necessary.).
- 4 transfer lamb to cutting board. cover loosely with foil. let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
