Cocoa Chile Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 -2 tablespoon mccormick cocoa chile blend
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano leaves
  • 2 lbs lamb tenderloin

Recipe

  • 1 mix brown sugar, cocoa chile blend, garlic powder, salt and oregano in small bowl. coat lamb evenly with seasoning mixture.
  • 2 refrigerate overnight for best flavor or at least for a couple of hours before cooking.
  • 3 grill over medium heat 25 to 30 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved, turning occasionally. (or roast under broiler on center rack, watch closely and turn as necessary.).
  • 4 transfer lamb to cutting board. cover loosely with foil. let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
