Impossible Tortilla Casserole

Ingredients

• 6 8-inch flour tortillas
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
• 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 1/4 cups milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup bisquick

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375°.
• 2 line greased 9x13" pan with flour tortillas, bringing the edges of the tortillas up and even with the edges of the pan.
• 3 cook ground beef and onion together in skillet, stirring frequently until browned, then drain.
• 4 stir in dry taco mix and tomato sauce.
• 5 spoon beef mixture onto tortillas in pan and sprinkle with the cheese.
• 6 beat eggs, milk and bisquick on high speed of blender or with wire whisk for 1 minute until smooth.
• 7 pour over beef mixture.
• 8 bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
• 9 cool 10 minutes before serving.
