Ingredients
- 1 cup creole mustard
- 1/2 cup minced onions or 1/2 cup grated onion
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1/4 cup cajun seasoning
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a jar and chill until ready to use.
- 2 to use, liberally rub the paste on beef and either cook or chill/marinade for up to five hours.
