Creole Rub For Beef

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creole mustard
  • 1/2 cup minced onions or 1/2 cup grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup cajun seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a jar and chill until ready to use.
  • 2 to use, liberally rub the paste on beef and either cook or chill/marinade for up to five hours.
