Japanese Chicken Wings

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 20 chicken wings
  • 6 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons accent seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 beaten eggs (more if required)
  • 1 cup flour (more if required)

Recipe

  • 1 cut wings in half,cut off the tips and discard.
  • 2 dip in beaten egg and then flour.
  • 3 fry in oil until browned.
  • 4 put in casserole.
  • 5 heat sauce ingredients and pour over wings.
  • 6 cook at 350f for about 50 minutes.
