Golden Steak Fingers

Total Time: 24 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 4 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb boneless beef top round steak, cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil

Recipe

  • 1 pound steak to 1/4 inch thick.
  • 2 sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt.
  • 3 cut into 1 inch strips.
  • 4 place in buttermilk for about 5 minutes.
