- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 large onion
- 1 bunch scallion
- 1 (8 ounce) can chopped mushrooms
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Recipe
- 1 dice onion and scallions; saute in oil.
- 2 take an egg and scramble quickly; mix well.
- 3 add mushrooms (drained)to rice, soy sauce and seasoning.
- 4 heat thoroughly.
