Lolly's Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 bunch scallion
  • 1 (8 ounce) can chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Recipe

  • 1 dice onion and scallions; saute in oil.
  • 2 take an egg and scramble quickly; mix well.
  • 3 add mushrooms (drained)to rice, soy sauce and seasoning.
  • 4 heat thoroughly.
