Katelyn's Southwest Breakfast Skillet

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 green pepper, finely diced
  • 1 red pepper, finely diced
  • 4 cups of shredded potatoes
  • 1 cup of shredded light cheddar cheese
  • 12 turkey breakfast sausage
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • seasoning salt
  • black pepper
  • chili powder
  • cumin

Recipe

  • 1 slice sausages into bite sized pieces and fry in pan over medium heat until cooked.
  • 2 remove sausages from pan and put peppers and potatoes inches cook till browned.
  • 3 throw sausages back in and mix up.
  • 4 season to taste with seasonings list above.
  • 5 spread cheddar over entire skillet and cover with a lid.
  • 6 once the cheese is melted sprinkle green onion over skillet and remove from heat.
