Ingredients
- 1/4 cup canola oil or 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 -4 tablespoons sugar or 2 -4 tablespoons sugar substitute
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well.
- 2 refrigerate overnight. yield: 2/3 cup.
