Ingredients

• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon cayenne
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
• 2 tablespoons ground sage
• 1 teaspoon thyme
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon file powder (optional)

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients.
• 2 mix well.
• 3 rub all over the outside of the turkey and inside the cavity before cooking bird.
