Dry Rub For Lamb And Poultry

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup paprika
  • 2 tablespoons red peppers
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon spicy seasoning salt
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix it all up.
  • 2 sprinkle on the rub.
  • 3 pat it down.
  • 4 start smoking.
