Carne Frita (fried Lamb Chunks)

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs fresh lamb shoulder (cut into 1 inch chunks)
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
  • 5 garlic cloves, mashed to a paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Recipe

  • 1 rinse meat add vinegar, garlic, adobo, oregano, and olive oil. let marinate 2 hours or overnight.
  • 2 deep fry at 350 degrees in medium sized batches till done , about 10 -12 minutes. drain and serve.
