Ingredients
- 4 anaheim chilies
- 1 serrano chili pepper
- 2 green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garam masala, seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon chai seasoning
- 2 -3 tablespoons water
Recipe
- 1 roast chilies over high heat until they just start to turn brown.
- 2 add all ingredients to blender and puree on high.
- 3 you may need to add more or less water to get the consistency that you prefer.
- 4 use in any recipe.
