Green Curry Paste

Ingredients

  • 4 anaheim chilies
  • 1 serrano chili pepper
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala, seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon chai seasoning
  • 2 -3 tablespoons water

Recipe

  • 1 roast chilies over high heat until they just start to turn brown.
  • 2 add all ingredients to blender and puree on high.
  • 3 you may need to add more or less water to get the consistency that you prefer.
  • 4 use in any recipe.
