Garlic Black Pepper Shrimp

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined (leaving tail on is optional but makes for a beautiful presentation)
- 8 tablespoons real butter (1 stick no substitute)
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- seasoning salt (like season-all)
- warm french bread
Recipe
- 1 season the peeled shrimp with the seasoned salt; set aside.
- 2 melt butter in skillet, add shrimp and tossing to cook until pink. sprinkle lemon juice, oregano, black pepper and garlic over the shrimp. simmer 12-15 minutes, stirring occassionaly; do not overcook. adjust salt to taste if needed.
- 3 serve with warm french bread to soak up sauce.
