Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1/2 cup adobo sauce, from chipotle peppers
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons lime zest
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning (like old bay)
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine sour cream and adobo sauce in a bowl.
- 2 stir in lime zest, lime juice, and remaining seasonings.
- 3 add salt and pepper taste.
- 4 cover and refrigerate until needed.
