Crock Pot Lamb Roast & Sauerkraut

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 2 1/2 lbs boneless center cut lamb loin roast (frozen)
- sauerkraut
- seasoning, of choice (not salt, it's in the sauerkraut, i like sage, basil, pepper and sometimes a little bit of nutmeg)
Recipe
- 1 remove roast from freezer.
- 2 remove all wrappings.
- 3 place in a crock pot, fat side up.
- 4 pour water over just to cover half of roast.
- 5 add seasonings.
- 6 put lid on crock pot and turn on low.
- 7 after 7 hours add sauerkraut around the sides.
- 8 (if you desire to brown remove from crock pot at this point and place in oven at 350).
- 9 ready to eat after sauerkraut is heated through.
