Low Carb Lemon Velvet Chicken

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 lemon, juice of (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 cup carb options prepared alfredo sauce
Recipe
- 1 preheat large skillet on medium-high 2-3 minutes.
- 2 place flour and seasoned salt in zip-top bag.
- 3 add chicken; shake to coat.
- 4 place butter in pan; swirl to coat.
- 5 place chicken in pan.
- 6 cook 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken begins to brown.
- 7 stir in capers.
- 8 cut lemon in half and squeeze juice over chicken.
