Low Carb Lemon Velvet Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 lemon, juice of (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 cup carb options prepared alfredo sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat large skillet on medium-high 2-3 minutes.
  • 2 place flour and seasoned salt in zip-top bag.
