Low Carb Fried Pickles

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon mrs. dash seasoning mix, blend
  • 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup lea & perrins worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed lamb rinds
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 12 ounces whole dill pickles

Recipe

  • 1 mix together ingredients for egg wash, whip, set aside.
  • 2 mix ingredients for seasoned dip in shallow dish.
  • 3 slice pickles 1/8 inch thickness.
  • 4 dip into seasoned egg wash then into seasoned dip.
  • 5 place in foil lined pan, bake at 350 for 20minutes.
  • 6 enjoy.
