- 1 bulb of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 bay leaves, crushed
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
Recipe
- 1 place chicken in a large stock pot.
- 2 add seasoned salt, garlic, black pepper, bay leaves, soy sauce, and red wine vinegar.
- 3 cook on high heat for 30-40 minutes until you can see the meat start to break away from the bone.
