Italian Pancake Dunkers

Ingredients

  • pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
  • 2 cups original bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped (1/2 cup)

Recipe

  • 1 heat pizza sauce until warm; keep warm. stir bisquick, milk and eggs until blended. stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 2 spoon batter by tablespoonfuls onto hot griddle; spread slightly.
