Ingredients
- 218 g salmon
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon jerk seasoning
- 1 small onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 red pepper
Recipe
- 1 using a food processor, chop up the oatmeal and flour.
- 2 dice the onion, garlic and red pepper.
- 3 mix all the ingredients up.
- 4 heat up a frying pan with enough oil on the bottom so the patties don't stick.
- 5 cook on medium.
- 6 drop clumps slightly larger than a quarter of the mixture to the hot pan.
- 7 let the patties create a crust before flipping.
