Irie Fried Salmon From A Can

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 218 g salmon
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon jerk seasoning
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 red pepper

Recipe

  • 1 using a food processor, chop up the oatmeal and flour.
  • 2 dice the onion, garlic and red pepper.
  • 3 mix all the ingredients up.
  • 4 heat up a frying pan with enough oil on the bottom so the patties don't stick.
  • 5 cook on medium.
  • 6 drop clumps slightly larger than a quarter of the mixture to the hot pan.
  • 7 let the patties create a crust before flipping.
