Hot Sausage Cheese Toast

Ingredients

• 1 cup sausage, use food processor to chop it up (preferably conecuh...it's a southern thing....anything like kielbasa will do)
• 1 onion, grated
• 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
• 5 -6 dashes hot sauce

Recipe

• 1 mix it all together.
• 2 heat it up in the microwave for two minutes, then spread on to bread (any bread is good -- french, bread, etc.) and bake @ 400 degrees until brown.
