Hot Salty Nuts

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

• 3/4 lb party mix unsalted nuts (an 11.75 ounce can works well)
• 1 egg
• 2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
• 3/4 teaspoon cumin
• 3/4 teaspoon oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Recipe

• 1 toss nuts in egg .
• 2 combine the seasonings and sprinkle over the nuts in a greased or non-stick baking sheet.
• 3 (alternatively, you can combine the seasonings with the egg and coat the nuts that way).
• 4 bake in a 300 degree oven for 25 minutes.
