Hot Creamy Crab Dip

• 1 lb shredded cheddar cheese, divided
• 1 lb cream cheese, softened
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
• 1 lb crabmeat
• crusty bread, for dipping

Recipe

• 1 mix first nine ingredients, leaving out about a cup of cheese for topping. fold in crab meat. spread mixture into a glass casserole dish. top with remaining cheese. bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. serve hot with crusty french or italian bread.
