Hot Creamy Crab Dip

- 1 lb shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 lb cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
- 1 lb crabmeat
- crusty bread, for dipping
Recipe
- 1 mix first nine ingredients, leaving out about a cup of cheese for topping. fold in crab meat. spread mixture into a glass casserole dish. top with remaining cheese. bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. serve hot with crusty french or italian bread.
