Hickory Chuck Roast

Total Time: 3 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 lbs chuck roast
  • 2 tablespoons hickory flavored dry rub seasonings
  • 1/2-1 cup dried onion
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Recipe

  • 1 place meat on large sheet of foil.
  • 2 rub meat all over with the hickory rub.
  • 3 put dried onions on top of roast.
  • 4 pour on bbq sauce.
  • 5 'parcel' your roast in foil
  • 6 cook at 300 degrees in large pan for around 3 hours - let stand for 1/2 hour. slice or shred and eat however you want!
