Ingredients

- 1 egg
- 1 cup cooked rice, i usually use a minute rice
- 1/8 teaspoon summer savory
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
- oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 beat egg and stir in rice, seasonings and cheese.
- 2 chill for an hour.
- 3 shape into balls and roll in bread crumbs.
- 4 deep fry until golden.
- 5 you can make ahead and store in fridge for 12 hours. just reheat in a 350 oven.
