Low Carb Tuna Muffins

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained well
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons onions, chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, minced
  • 2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • old bay seasoning, to taste (a pinch)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients and spoon into 6 well-greased muffin cups.
  • 2 bake at 350ºf for 30 minutes until puffed, set and lightly browned around the edges.
