- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground onion powder
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 place chicken in shallow baking dish.
- 2 combine butter and seasonings, mixing well, pour over chicken.
- 3 bake at 325°f for 45 minutes to 1 hours.
