Herb Roast

Total Time: 1 hr 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 lbs beef roast
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix herbs and seasonings together.
  • 2 rub seasoning mixture completely over roast.
  • 3 wrap roast in foil, sealing ends and edges, but leave room for steam.
  • 4 for more flavor, let roast stand for 30 - 60 minutes.
  • 5 to cook, leave roast in foil. place in a roasting pan and cook at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes per pound or until desired level of doneness.
