Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 hass avocadoes
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 serrano pepper, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes & chilies, drained
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 cut avocados in half, remove pit and scoop out pulp; place in medium size bowl along with onion, pepper and garlic.
- 2 mash the avocado and stir in drained rotel tomatoes and green chili, sprinkle with lemon juice, stir, adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
