Gluten Free Low Carb Pizza

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 5 eggs (or 4 or 6 - depending upon how "fluffy you want the "crust")
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 cup shredded hard cheese
  • tomato sauce, cheese, toppings

Recipe

  • 1 spread cream cheese on bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
  • 2 beat eggs. add seasonings and cheese. pour over cream cheese.
  • 3 bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes.
  • 4 pull it out of oven. add regular toppings - seasoned tomato sauce or pizza sauce. cheeses as you like. toppings as you like.
  • 5 bake additional 15-20 minutes.
