Gluten Free Low Carb Pizza

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 5 eggs (or 4 or 6 - depending upon how "fluffy you want the "crust")
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 cup shredded hard cheese
- tomato sauce, cheese, toppings
Recipe
- 1 spread cream cheese on bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
- 2 beat eggs. add seasonings and cheese. pour over cream cheese.
- 3 bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes.
- 4 pull it out of oven. add regular toppings - seasoned tomato sauce or pizza sauce. cheeses as you like. toppings as you like.
- 5 bake additional 15-20 minutes.
