Glazed Stuffing Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs 90% lean ground beef
  • 2 cups leftover prepared stuffing
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning
  • mashed potatoes (optional)
  • fresh herb (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350. line roasting pan with foil. in bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing, eggs, 1/2 cup ketchup, chopped parsley and steak seasoning. in roasting pan, shape mixture into a 10"x4" loaf.
  • 2 bake until meat thermometer inserted into center of loaf registers 165 f, about 1 hour, 10 minutes, brushing with remaining 1/4 cup ketchup during last 5 minutes of cooking time. let stand 10 minutes before slicing. if desired, serve meatloaf with mashed potatoes and garnished with herbs.
