Fake-fried Chicken And Onion Rings

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 onions
- 1 (8 ounce) can french's french fried onions
- 1 cup fiber one cereal
- 1 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 fill a shallow, flat bowl with the egg beaters.
- 2 mix the dry spices into the egg mix.
- 3 in a food processor, chop up the french's onions and the fiber one cereal, pour into seperate bowl and put next to the egg bowl.
- 4 cut all fat off the chicken breasts and skins. cleanse the chicken under tap water.
- 5 cut the onions up like you are cutting onion rings.
- 6 dip the chicken and onion rings, one-at-a-time, into the egg mix and then the dry mix, three times each. give time for it to drip before placing in the dry mix, however.
- 7 place the chickens on the smoker and cook until clear, about 25-30 minutes depending upon heat.
- 8 place the onions rings on foil over fire for 10-15 minutes, or until crunchy.
