Elbow Mac Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients

- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (14 ounce) jar ragu tomato sauce
- 2 ounces pepperoni slices
Recipe
- 1 cook macaroni to package directions; drain.
- 2 heat oven to 350°f and grease 12-inch round pizza pan.
- 3 in bowl, lightly beat egg, stir in macaroni,1/2 cup cheddar cheese, parmesan and seasonings until well mixed.
- 4 put mixture in pizza pan and spread evenly. spoon thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over crust; sprinkle with cheese and top with pepperoni.
- 5 bake about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
