Elbow Mac Pepperoni Pizza

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar ragu tomato sauce
  • 2 ounces pepperoni slices

Recipe

  • 1 cook macaroni to package directions; drain.
  • 2 heat oven to 350°f and grease 12-inch round pizza pan.
  • 3 in bowl, lightly beat egg, stir in macaroni,1/2 cup cheddar cheese, parmesan and seasonings until well mixed.
  • 4 put mixture in pizza pan and spread evenly. spoon thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over crust; sprinkle with cheese and top with pepperoni.
  • 5 bake about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
