Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pinch dried parsley
- 1 pinch dried thyme
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, garlic, mustard.
- 2 slowly add the oil while whisking rapidly.
- 3 add the parsley, thyme, salt and pepper, taste and adjust seasonings.
