Dry Rub For Barbecue Meats And Ribs

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup seasoning salt (such as lawry's)
- 1/4 cup garlic salt
- 1/4 cup celery salt
- 1/4 cup onion salt
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground sage
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 sift everything together in a large bowl, blend well using a wire whisk.
- 2 stores for ages in a jar.
- 3 sprinkle onto, not into, meat.
- 4 i added one tsp.
- 5 each of cardomom and cumin, and a half tsp.
- 6 of freshly grated nutmeg to a recent batch.
