Lora's And Mathew Hahn's Italian Meatballs

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together well.
  • 2 in a large pot bring 6-8 cups water to a rolling boil on med-high heat.
  • 3 form meat into ball (how ever big you want, i like smaller ones).
  • 4 drop meatballs in the pot of boiling water, cook until the meatballs float.
  • 5 remove the meatballs from water.
  • 6 repeat steps 3-5 until all the meatballs are done.
  • 7 enjoy.
