Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together well.
- 2 in a large pot bring 6-8 cups water to a rolling boil on med-high heat.
- 3 form meat into ball (how ever big you want, i like smaller ones).
- 4 drop meatballs in the pot of boiling water, cook until the meatballs float.
- 5 remove the meatballs from water.
- 6 repeat steps 3-5 until all the meatballs are done.
- 7 enjoy.
