Italian Baked Lamb Chops

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon french's dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon bertolli extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon mccormick italian seasoning
  • 4 center-cut lamb chops (6oz each)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup kraft shredded parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400. line baking sheet with parchment paper. set aside.
  • 2 in a small bowl, whisk together mustard, oil, and italian seasoning. season the lamb chops with salt and pepper, then brush both sides of chops with mustard mixture. press parmesan into both sides of chops.
  • 3 place chops on prepared baking sheet. bake about 10 minutes or until just cooked through.
