Golden Nuggets

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 8 small new potatoes, boiled or microwaved until partially cooked
  • 1 (310 g) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • seasoning
  • sour cream (extra)
  • snipped fresh chives

Recipe

  • 1 cut the top off each potato.
  • 2 scoop out some of the centre.
  • 3 place into a bowl.
  • 4 add corn, cheese, sour cream, onions and seasonings.
  • 5 mix well.
  • 6 spoon mixture back into potatoes.
  • 7 bake potatoes in a moderate oven (180oc) for 10 minutes or until filling is melted and golden.
  • 8 serve, hot topped with extra sour cream and chives.
